"When I joined the membership, I was struggling so much as a parent and feeling like I wasn’t being the mother I wanted to be. I was falling into patterns of parenting that I probably picked up from my own upbringing, things I swore I would never do as a parent. I always loved the research-based approaches that Jen advocates, but putting the research into practice was proving to be very difficult.
The membership has helped me to improve my parenting in a logical, step by step manner.
The workbooks/ exercises Jen provides are thorough and thought-provoking, as well as easy to implement, and make this journey so much less overwhelming, as we can concentrate on one area we need help with at a time.
The membership has also provided a community of like-minded caregivers who are going through very similar issues with their children, and which has been just as valuable to me as the written content.
