"When Jen first emailed podcast listeners about her new course, “Finding Your Parenting Mojo,” I jumped at the opportunity. At the time I was struggling so much as a parent and feeling like I wasn’t being the mother I wanted to be. I was falling into patterns of parenting that I probably picked up from my own upbringing, things I swore I would never do as a parent. I always loved Jen’s podcast, and appreciated the research-based approach to parenting immensely. But putting the research into practice was proving to be very difficult.
This course has provided me with the material to go over areas for improvement in my parenting in a logical, step by step manner.
The workbooks/ exercises Jen provides are thorough and thought-provoking, as well as easy to implement. The monthly topics make this journey so much less overwhelming, as we can concentrate on one area we need help with at a time.
The group has also provided a community of caregivers who are going through very similar issues with their children, and their individual contributions have been just as helpful as the source material.
Jen puts so much work and effort into helping us, and it is so evident that she cares deeply about helping people become the parents they want to be.
